Vice President Kamala Harris called out Beijing for undermining international rules-based order in the South China Sea on Aug. 24 in a speech on U.S. forign policy in the Indo-Pacific region. She delivered the speech in Singapore, the first stop of her Southeast Asia visit that will also include a trip to Vietnam.
