Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) on Sunday released a “Dear Colleague” letter addressing ongoing tensions between Republicans and Democrats over raising the debt ceiling, urging Congress to ‘come together’ to raise the debt limit. The current battle over the debt ceiling began in August, when Senate Republicans, unhappy with Democratic spending, signed a letter vowing to not vote for an increase to the debt ceiling. Forty-six Senate Republicans, led by Sen.
